Answers to common questions below. Can't find what you need? Email us at support@studiomundial.com.

How does Studio Mundial work?

Upload a selfie, choose a football moment and the available team or country options, then create a shareable image of yourself lifting a trophy, making the front page, walking out of the tunnel, and more.

What are credits, and how do I get more?

Every render costs credits (2–3 depending on the moment). You start with a balance, earn more by watching a rewarded ad, or buy a credit pack from the Get Credits page in the app. There's no subscription — you only pay for what you generate.

Do I need an account?

No. You can try Studio Mundial instantly with a demo account. Signing in with Google or Apple saves your results, credit balance, and leaderboard position across devices.

How do I delete my account and data?

Sign in, open Account in the app, and use the Delete Account button. It permanently removes your account and everything tied to it right away — this is self-serve, you don't need to email us to make it happen.

What is “Your Own Scene”?

Upload any photo of your choice and get face-swapped into it directly, instead of picking one of our preset football moments. Your uploaded target is used only for your own creation.

How does the weekly contest work?

When a contest is active, its entry details, dates, eligibility requirements, prize, and current rules are shown inside the app.

What's the Footdle mini-game I see in the app?

Footdle is our daily football-player guessing game. You can play it free inside Studio Mundial for bonus credits, or download it as its own standalone app — see our Footdle support page for help with that version.

How do purchases and refunds work?

Credit packs are purchased through Apple or Google in-app purchase on mobile, or Stripe on the web. Refund requests go through Apple, Google, or your card issuer, depending on where you purchased.
